BEVERLEY

Considered by many to be York on a mini scale Beverley is a wonderful little unspoilt market town with a magnificent Minster - rivalling anything York has to offer. In fact so majestic are its surroundings the recent TV series Victoria used it for Victoria Coronation and her wedding - “not many people know that” - according to Michael Caine.

FLAMBOROUGH

Flamborough is still a working harbour where tourist jostle for rides around the coast whilst real fisher folk land lobsters, cod and crab. Not large but beautiful especially around springtime when the Puffin display has to be seen to be believed…
