Rescued and given a chance Lizzy showed immense speed but sadly racing is an expensive business and funds dictated that her racing career was short lived.
She won something no other horse has done for us though, she won “best turned out” on her racecourse debut at Haydock.
However the future bodes well, for Lizzy is in foal to Ferrule and due 27-3-08 fingers crossed.
